The zone is close to the main building of the presidential residence. Includes brazier, banquet hall, pre-cooking, and restroom. The banquet hall is located directly above the waterfall that feeds the artificial pond in the park in front of the residence. The brazier and other areas are designed in the Gothic style. The original design solution allows you to seamlessly fit the functionality of the brazier into the environment, and a competent design solution minimizes the amount of smoke and temperature above the brazier. Only materials of the highest quality have been used. Travertine details were processed by sculptors individually and passed strict quality control. Forging and lamps were developed individually. The patination of forging in combination with the texture of travertine and granite with chipped edges made it possible to create a genuine feeling of the antiquity of the building.
