The guest room design for the five-star hotel was done for world-famous hotel operator Kempinski (current Accor). The room is distinguished by a bold combination of finishing materials and color solutions. The hotel is located in the Business Bay area on the banks of the Al Jadaf canal. From the windows of the hotel, there is a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa Building, the canal, and the Business Bay area.
